1. Promotional offer available for new approved customers only, from Flight Centre Mastercard applications received from 1 February 12:00am to 24 March 2024 11:59pm New Zealand local time (“Prize Draw Period”). Applications received outside the Prize Draw Period will be ineligible for entry. 
2. There are ten (10) prizes in total to give away (“Prize Draw”). 
3. To be eligible to enter the Prize Draw, the promo code ‘TRAVEL’ must be entered into the promo field on the first page of the application. 
4. Eligible new Flight Centre Mastercard customers approved from online and in-store applications received during the Prize Draw Period will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw. Includes any new accounts created in line with Long Term Finance purchases such as Flexi pay purchases and fixed instalments (“LTF New Account”). 
5. The Prize Draw winners will each receive 1 Flight Centre Gift Card with a value of $500 to spend at Flight Centre (“Prize”) 
6. Ten (10) winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries at 111 Carlton Gore Rd, Newmarket, Auckland on Wednesday 22 May 2024.  
7. To be eligible for the Prize, you must be over 18 and an account must not be in arrears at the time the Prize Draw takes place. 
8. The Prize winners will be notified via phone and/or email by Friday 24 May 2024. If a Prize Draw winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a Prize.

10. The Promoter collects personal information in order to offer the Prize. If the information is not requested or provided, then the entrants or Prize Daw winners may not participate in the Prize Draw. 12. If for any reason the Prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute an alternative prize of equivalent value without notice. 
13. The Promoter is not liable for any failure (for whatever reason) to record an entry into the Prize Draw. 
14. Entry into the Prize Draw is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. 
15. Employees of the Promoter and/or Humm (NZ) Limited and Flight Centre (NZ) Limited and any Flight Centre subsidiary or related entity are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw. 
16. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury whatsoever, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, which is suffered or sustained arising out of or in connection with a prize or this Prize Draw. 
17. Where goods or services are supplied by third parties, the Promoter does not warrant the quality of such goods and/or services or their suitability. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify a consumer’s rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
