Things you should know

1. Promotional offer available for new approved customers only, from Flight Centre Mastercard applications received from 12:00am 1 August 2026  to 11:59pm 31 August 2026 New Zealand local time (Inclusive) (“Offer Period”).
2. There is one (1) prize in total to give away (“Prize Draw”).
3. Eligible entrants are new Flight Centre Mastercard customers whose application is submitted and approved during the Prize Draw Period will be automatically in the draw to win.
4. Existing Flight Centre Mastercard account holders are not eligible.
5. The Prize Draw winners will receive $10,000 worth of Flight Centre Rewards to spend at Flight Centre on future travel/purchases (“Prize”).
6. To be eligible to redeem the Prize the promo code HOLIDAY must be entered into the promo field on the first page of the Flight Centre Mastercard application.
7. Eligible customers who have applied during the Offer Period using the promo code, been approved, and opened a Flight Centre Mastercard account within 45 days of applying, will be entered automatically into the Prize Draw (“Offer”).
8. Flight Centre Rewards will be credited to the winner’s Flight Centre Mastercard account.
9. The Prize cannot be used on any existing travel bookings with Flight Centre.
10. One (1) winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries at 111 Carlton Gore Road Newmarket Auckland on Monday 19 October 2026 (“Prize Draw Date”).
11. The Prize winner will be notified by phone/email by Wednesday 21 October 2026.
12. If a winner cannot be contacted within 10 business days, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a prize.
13. Eligible new Flight Centre Mastercard customers includes any new accounts created in line with Long Term Finance purchases such as Flexi pay purchases and fixed instalments (“LTF New Account”), however again, for the avoidance of doubt, the Prize cannot be applied to existing LTF purchases.
14. The entity responsible for this promotion is Flight Centre New Zealand Limited (“Promoter”).
15. The Promoter reserves the right to extend, amend, suspend, or terminate this offer and these terms and conditions at any time without notice. If for any reason a Prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute an alternative prize of equivalent value without notice.
16. The Prize is not negotiable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
17. To be eligible for a prize, an account must not be in arrears at the time the Prize Draw takes place.
18. Any purchases made on Flight Centre Mastercard during the Prize Draw Period that have been cancelled, refunded, returned or suspended before the Prize Draw date will not be eligible for entry into the Prize Draw.
19. The Promoter is not liable for any failure (for whatever reason) to record an entry into the Prize Draw.
20. Entry into the Prize Draw is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
21. Acceptance of the Prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use the winner’s name, image and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
22. Employees of the Promoter and/or Humm NZ Limited and Flight Centre Limited and any Flight Centre subsidiary or related entity are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
23. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury whatsoever, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, which is suffered or sustained arising out of or in connection with the Prize Draw.
