Information on how to enter the promotion forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of its terms and conditions.

1. Valid from 12:00am Friday 12 April to 11.59pm Sunday 12 May 2024 New Zealand local time (“Prize Draw Period”). Entries received outside this time will be ineligible for entry.
2. There is one (1) prize in total to give away (“Prize Draw”).
3. One (1) Prize Draw winner will receive a Flight Centre electronic gift card to the total value of NZ$4,000 (“Prize”). Eligible spend during the Prize Draw Period excludes cash advances, balance transfers, interest charges, and quasi-cash transactions.
4. The entity responsible for this promotion is Columbus Financial Services Limited (“Promoter”).
5. An entry into the Prize Draw is automatic every time a purchase is made with Flight Centre Mastercard at any retailer that accepts Flight Centre Mastercard during the Prize Draw Period. The transaction date is determined by when and where the merchant processes the purchase and is outside of Columbus Financial Services Limited’s (“Promoter”) control and may affect eligibility.
6. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over and must be an existing Flight Centre Mastercard holder.  Details provided by entrants or the Prize Draw winners, will be verified by the Promoter to validate the eligibility of the entrant or Prize Draw winner, as the case may be.  If for any reason, a Prize Draw winner is deemed ineligible for any reasons, the Promoter reserves the right to draw a replacement Prize Draw winner.
7. One (1) winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries from the Prize Draw Period. The Prize Draw will take place at 111 Carlton Gore Rd, Newmarket, Auckland on 16 May 2024.
8. A Prize is not negotiable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.
9. To be eligible for a Prize, an account must not be in arrears at the time the Prize Draw takes place.
10. Any purchases made on Flight Centre Mastercard during the Prize Draw Period that have been cancelled, refunded, returned, or suspended before the Prize Draw date will not be eligible for entry into the Prize Draw.
11. The Prize Draw winners will be notified via phone or email by 25 May 2024.
12. If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days, Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a prize.
13. Acceptance of the Prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use that information including the Prize Draw winners’ details, first name and photograph, for promotion and media purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the Prize Draw winner.  Refer to our Privacy Policy.
14. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. If for any reason a Prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute an alternative prize of equivalent value without notice.
16. The Promoter is not liable for any failure (for whatever reason) to record an entry into the Prize Draw.
17. Entry into the Prize Draw is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
18. Employees of the Promoter and/or Humm (NZ) Limited and Flight Centre (NZ) Limited and any Flight Centre subsidiary or related entity are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
19. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury whatsoever, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, which is suffered or sustained arising out of or in connection with a prize or this Prize Draw.
20. Where goods or services are supplied by third parties, the Promoter does not warrant the quality of such goods and/or services or their suitability. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify a consumer’s rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
21. All dates and time are in New Zealand local time.
