Customer Notice 

We are aware of a suspicious email going out from a sender who appears to be Flight Centre Mastercard. The email is informing you that your statement is available to view and invites recipients to click through to a website that is not legitimate. If you receive this email, please delete it straight away and do not click on any links contained within it.

We have investigated and can confirm the mailing list was unrelated to Flight Centre Mastercard. Our systems would prevent spam of this nature from occurring. It is a coincidence if any of our customers have received the email.

This is a common type of spam and we recommend you stay vigilant of any suspicious or unsolicited emails, particularly during this time of year when it is most prevalent.
